Creative conceptualizing and planning
Participate in Creative Conceptualizing with the team, generate ideas and visual concepts
Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and deadlines for multiple creative-related projects .
Creative development
Take overall responsibility for all online and offline creatives including social media design, website design, email templates, illustrations, banners, photo retouching etc.
Ensure all creatives produced meets the brand guideline, a high standard of visual execution across all communication platforms and the deadline
Delivering excellent result
Get creatives reviewed by supervisor and requestors to ensure they are satisfied with the work created
Assisting the creative project which indirectly related
Assist with other creative-related projects such as photo shooting, as needed.
Work with Marketing Administrative Executive in selecting appropriate supplier for the marketing material production (POSM, freebies, OOH and offline advertising materials)

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Web Design or Art
More than 5 years of relevant experience in design, graphic design, brand functionality at local or international organizations.
Strong Portfolio of Design and Visual Creative
Great knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
Good working attitude and ability to work methodically as part of a team
Computer fluency in Mac and PC
Knowledge in Education industry is a plus
