About the Role:
The Account Executive manages client relationships and is actively involved in the development and pitching of proposals to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Maintain regular, clear communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Project Oversight: Oversee project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to effectively meet client needs.
Proposal Development: Lead the creation and delivery of proposals and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and solutions.
Strategic Input: Contribute to the strategic planning for client accounts and assist in campaign ideation and execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in client account management, with a focus on digital or creative industries.
Proven track record in developing client proposals and pitches.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Google Suite..
